By booking or using services from Siblings Legacy Junk Removal & Cleanouts LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”), you agree to the following terms.

Services

We provide junk removal, hauling, cleanouts, light demolition, and related services in Ohio and surrounding service areas. All services are subject to availability, safety conditions, and crew approval.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are free and based on:

  • Volume of items

  • Labor required

  • Disposal fees

  • Accessibility

Final price may change if job conditions differ from estimate. Customer approval will be obtained before work continues.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled in advance.
Arrival windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or job delays.

Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate description of items

  • Ensure safe access to property

  • Remove or disclose hazardous materials

  • Be present or reachable during service

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or illegal.

Prohibited Items

We may refuse removal of:

  • Hazardous chemicals

  • Biohazard waste

  • Explosives

  • Certain appliances or materials restricted by law

Customer is responsible for disclosing restricted items before service.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Accepted forms: cash, card, or approved digital payments.

Unpaid balances may be sent to collections.

Cancellations

  • 24+ hour notice: no fee

  • Same-day cancellations: may include trip fee

  • No-show appointments: trip fee may apply

Property Damage

We take care when working. However:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage

  • We are not responsible for hidden structural issues

  • Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours

Limitation of Liability

Siblings Legacy Junk Removal & Cleanouts LLC is not liable for:

  • Loss of items approved for removal

  • Items left unattended

  • Indirect or incidental damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
