At Siblings Legacy Junk Removal & Cleanouts LLC, we are committed to providing reliable, professional junk removal and cleanout services. Because our services involve scheduled labor, travel, and disposal costs, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

Estimates & Final Pricing

All quotes are free estimates based on the volume of items, labor, and disposal fees. Final pricing may change if:

  • Additional items are added

  • The load size increases

  • Access conditions change

  • Hazardous or restricted materials are present

Customers will always be informed of any price adjustments before work begins.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, card, and approved digital payment methods.

Once a job has been completed and payment is collected, all sales are considered final except in cases of company error.

Cancellations

We understand plans can change.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled service: No fee

  • Same-day cancellations or cancellations after crew dispatch: May be subject to a service/trip fee to cover travel and scheduling

  • If our crew arrives and the job cannot be completed due to customer conditions (locked property, unsafe environment, etc.), a trip fee may apply

Refunds

Because junk removal is a labor-based service, refunds are limited.

Refunds may be issued if:

  • We are unable to complete the agreed service

  • You were charged incorrectly

  • A clear company error occurred

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The job was completed as agreed

  • Items were removed with customer approval

  • Customer changes their mind after removal

  • Load size was larger than estimated

  • Disposal or landfill fees increased based on weight or volume

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if only part of a job was completed.

Damage Concerns

We take care to protect your property while working. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service.
We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Hidden structural issues

  • Damage caused by items breaking during removal

No-Show Policy

If our crew arrives and the customer is not present or unreachable, a trip fee may apply and the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
